Schlafly Brewery Tour in St Louis

Looking for a neat activity with a small group of friends? I highly recommend the Schlafly brewery tour!

We won this years ago from an auction and while we’re not beer drinkers thought hey, why not? We ARE in a beer city after all. Ed used to work at the brewery as part of their IT staff so he was really looking forward to learning more about how a smaller brewery perfects its craft.

The tour lasts about an hour with samples along the way throughout the many steps as well as the finished product at the end.

This was neat. Definitely would do this again.
